Volunteers was officially registered as a non-governmental organization (NGO) according to the Sudanese Voluntary Work in South Darfur state in 2014 and at federal level at Khartoum in 2022 by HAC (Humanitarian aid commission) the registration is renewed annually according to the low. volunteers have an approved constitution, article of association and solid internal control.
